Digital Waste and Recycling Vouchers

To be eligible for the vouchers, you must be:

• an AlburyCity resident with a domestic kerbside bin service.
• live in the property as your principal place of residence.

• Homeowner: a current AlburyCity property assessment number (featured on your rates notice).
• Renter: the name of your real estate.
• a computer or mobile device (iOS or Android).

1. Select the ‘Register Now’ button at the bottom of the page.
2. Follow the prompts to create a new Resident Services account or to login to your existing account
   1. Important: existing accounts need to access the system with the email address originally used for registration. If you require your email address to be updated, please contact AlburyCity on 02 6023 8111.
3. Verify your property by selecting your suburb and street address.
4. Input your rates notice assessment number.
5. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions.

If successful, you'll:

• see your waste and recycling vouchers on the screen.

1. Select the ‘Register Now’ button at the bottom of the page.
2. Follow the prompts to create a new Resident Services account or to login to your existing account

3. Verify your property by selecting your suburb and street address.
4. Select your real estate agency. If you have a private rental arrangement, select Other.
5. An email will be sent to your real estate agent to approve or reject your application.

If approved, you'll:

• Receive an email indicating your application was approved
• Once you log into your resident Service Account, your waste and recycling vouchers will be available once the Terms and Conditions have been accepted.

1. Log in to the Resident Services account on your mobile device.
2. Present the voucher QR code to scan as you're leaving the Albury Waste Management Centre.
3. Your device will show the voucher as being used.

If you do not have a mobile device, you can download and print your waste and recycling vouchers from your Resident Services account. Printed vouchers will be scanned when departing the Albury Waste Management Centre.

Please note:

• you'll need to access your vouchers prior to arriving at the Albury Waste Management Centre.
• Voucher eligibility is based on a 12-month rolling calendar (from when you accessed your last year's voucher).

• Why do I get a blank white screen when I log into my account? keyboard_arrow_right

  This may be an issue with the browser you are using. You can try a couple of different options, including

  • Opening the page in a different web browser
  • Clear your browsing data
• What does the number of days my vouchers are available correspond to? keyboard_arrow_right

  Your vouchers are available for 12 months from the date you first download them. Once they expire you can download a new set of vouchers.

• Why does the system say I don't have any vouchers available? keyboard_arrow_right

  You receive four vouchers which are valid for 12 months. If you have used all four of your vouchers you will not be eligible to download a new set until 12 months has passed.

• Why can't I log in even though I've accessed the portal in the past? keyboard_arrow_right

  Ensure you are logging in with the same email address that you registered your account with.

• Why am I getting an error saying my assessment number or address is invalid / doesn't exist? keyboard_arrow_right

  Please contact us as your address may not be in the system yet.

• What do I do if my real estate agency listed? keyboard_arrow_right

  When applying, choose None of the above for your Real Estate Agent.

• How do I access my vouchers if I live in social housing? keyboard_arrow_right

  When applying, choose Housing NSW as your Real Estate Agent.

• How do I access my vouchers if I rent privately? keyboard_arrow_right

  When applying, choose None of the above for your Real Estate Agent.

• What do I do if I applied for tenant vouchers but my request is still pending? keyboard_arrow_right

  Please contact your real estate agent, or Housing NSW if you live in social housing, and ask them to verify your request.
