Les O'Brien Athletics Precinct Master Plan Endorsed

AlburyCity has recently endorsed the Les O'Brien Athletics Precinct Master Plan following community support for the future of the facility.

Key priorities highlighted in the plan included:

• Additional shade structures along the western bank
• New accessible amenities building
• Bench seating and picnic tables
• Connecting pathways
• Additional storage
• Perimeter fence around the synthetic track surface
• Lighting
• Sealed entrance road
• Gardens beds and additional landscaping

Casual hire for non-athletics groups

• Hourly rate (up to 15 participants) - $43.10

The electronic timing system is available for hire for $320.00 ($170.00 hire and $150.00 operator) from the Albury Little Athletics Centre. Alternatively timing gates are available for hire from the Lavington Jindera Little Athletics Centre.
