The Barry Young River of Stories is a writing competition for Primary and Secondary school students who live in the Albury Wodonga region.

The Barry Young River of Stories is a writing competition for Primary and Secondary school students who live in the Albury Wodonga region. Prizes for the winning writers in each category include personal prizes as well as donations to their school. This year’s theme is “adventure” and winners will be invited to the awards presentation ceremony at Write Around the Murray on Saturday 13 September. The Barry Young River of Stories Award is supported by the Albury Hume Rotary Club.

Competition opens 7 May and closes 25 July.
