Albury–Thurgoona Trail

The 2.5 metre wide Albury–Thurgoona Trail runs from South Albury to Thurgoona.

The trail crosses under the freeway at the Union Road underpass and over the freeway at Dean and Amatex Streets. You can also access the trail from Corry’s Road, Fallon Street, North Street and Bridge Street.

The trail connects with the East Albury Trail, the Wagirra Trail and the Bungambrawatha Trail, allowing you to walk or cycle north, south, east and west of Albury’s CBD with minimal on-road components.

From the Albury–Thurgoona Trail you can join other trails to link to Mungabareena Reserve, the riverside parks and Horseshoe Lagoon, making this a wonderful cycling or walking experience for people of all ages.
