Inspired by European traditions, peppered with gypsy jazz, latin, balkan and swing grooves with a pinch of folk, their songs and tunes will burst with exhilaration.
Belgrave-born folk-pop darlings, Parkville got their start busking on the city streets of Melbourne. Liam, Michael and Dylan soon developed their winning formula featuring rich three-part vocal harmonies and soaring violin riffs.
Settling on their name in 2017, Parkville didn’t take long to produce their first EP, which singles “Shining” and “Brando” held #2 and #4 in the Triple J Unearthed charts, as well as receiving Australia-wide radio play.
