Riverside Vibes Market Stallholder Expression of Interest form

Apply now to be a stallholder at Riverside Vibes.

Join us along the banks of the beautiful Murray River for a weekend of arts, culture, food, music and fun. Riverside Vibes is a FREE two-day event with activities and experiences for all.

Riverside Vibes will be held from 12 to 13 October 2024. AlburyCity invites you to apply to be a part of this year's exciting event!

Applications open: Monday, 13 May 2024
Applications close: COB Monday, 24 June 2024

Audience: all ages, whole of community

Site* fees
Commercial vendor - 3x3 spaces $150 (inc. GST)
Commercial vendor - 6x3 spaces $290 (inc. GST)
Not for profit $0 (no site fee)

* Site includes a white hoecker (with walls) for each stallholder.

Please note: Power is limited, please bring your own generator or additional fees will apply.

Total size of your stall in metres (L x W) in metres (e.g. 3m x 3m or 6m x 6m). Please ensure this includes additional space for tables and chairs, if required. This information will assist us with best placement on the day.

Expressions of Interest

Your EOI will be assessed by the following criteria:

  • Product suitable to demographic
  • Compliment event concept
  • Sustainability practises

Applicants will be notified the outcome of their submission via email by Monday, 22 July 2024.
