Justice of the Peace
If you need documents witnessed or certified by a Justice of the Peace (JP), you can visit one of our Customer Service Centres during scheduled JP sessions.
Need to know
- JP services are provided at selected locations and times.
- Availability may change depending on volunteer availability.
- Affidavits and certified copies of 10 or more pages require an appointment.
- Bring valid identification and all documents requiring certification.

Before you visit
- Bring all original documents.
- Bring valid photo identification if required.
- Do not sign documents until instructed by the JP (where applicable).
- Some documents may require appointments or additional witnesses.
