Notice is hereby given that Council intends to name the following new Roads. Baldya StreetGugaa StreetGugubarra CircuitWaagan StreetGiralang RoadThese names have been selected using Wiradjuri language identifying various local features including Flora and Fauna. The local Dyiraamalang Group have been consulted as part of the naming process.The new roads will be stage two of a development known as “Hilltops Estate”. This Subdivision is located on the North – East corner of Kerr Road and the Riverina Highway, Thurgoona.Submissions regarding this proposal will be received until close of business Friday the 25th of September, 2026 and should be addressed to info@alburycity.nsw.gov.au or PO Box 323, Albury, NSW, 2640. Once the submission period is completed all submissions will be taken into consideration.

Notice is hereby given that Council intends to name the following new Roads.Clippers CircuitJumbuck CircuitSquatter DriveSwagman WayPaterson StreetAll names within this Subdivision known as Woolshed Estate follow a Farming theme. These names will continue this Theme.The new roads will be located in stage six of an existing development known as “Woolshed Estate”. This section of the Subdivision is located off Kerr Road approximately 1.1 Kilometres north of the Riverina Highway, Thurgoona.Submissions regarding this proposal will be received until close of business Thursday the 25th of June, 2026 and should be addressed to info@alburycity.nsw.gov.au or PO Box 323, Albury, NSW, 2640.Once the submission period is completed all submissions will be taken into consideration.

Notice is hereby given as required by Section 162 of the Roads Act 1993 that Council intends to name the following new Road located in South Albury as Discovery Road.Discovery Road will be a Private Road located within Noreuil Park.Submissions regarding this proposal will be received until close of business on Tuesday, 10 February 2026 and should be addressed to info@alburycity.nsw.gov.au or PO Box 323 Albury, NSW 2640. Once the submission period is completed all submissions will be taken into consideration.

Notice is hereby given as required by Section 162 of the Roads Act 1993 that Council intends to name the following new Road located in Albury as Asher Lane.Asher Lane will be a Public Road. It will commence at Creek Street, Albury and extend in an Eastern direction. Submissions regarding this proposal will be received until close of business on Tuesday, 10 February 2026 and should be addressed to info@alburycity.nsw.gov.au or PO Box 323 Albury, NSW 2640. Once the submission period is completed all submissions will be taken into consideration.

Once the submission period is completed all submissions will be taken into consideration.

Following public exhibition and consideration of submissions, the Thurgoona Wirlinga Precinct Structure Plan 2025 was adopted by Council at its meeting on 8 December 2025.
