Every budget supports the long-term vision established in Towards Albury 2050. These community outcomes guide Council's investment in services, infrastructure and programs.
2026–2027 major investments
The 2026–2027 Budget includes significant investment in infrastructure and community facilities across Albury.
- Waterview Stage 2, Wastewater Treatment Plant — $61M
- Thurgoona Link Road — $40M (including $19M external funding)
- Main Sewage Pump Station and Rising Main — $39M
- Albury Entertainment Centre Convention Wing Redevelopment — $39.5M (includes $25M in grant funding)
- Road and Drainage Rehabilitation — $12M (includes $6M Roads to Recovery)
- Albury Airport Runway Overlay — $10M (includes $5M grant)
- Lauren Jackson Sports Centre Upgrade — $8M (includes $5M grant)
