*TICKETING NOTE: Carers providing appropriate evidence such as a Companion Card and accompanying a Concession holder will be admitted FREE. You will be asked to show Concessional ID at the entry gate.

Q: Are dogs allowed?

A: Please leave your dogs at home to ensure a safe event space within the Gardens. (Only assistance trained animals are permitted entry)

Q: Will drinking water be provided on site?

A: Meet PAT refill stations will be located around the venue.

Q: Will there be first aid on site?

A: Yes!First aid is located towards the main cash entrance on Wodonga Place. If you are looking for a lost child, this is also the place to find them.

Q: Is the venue smoke-free?

A: Yes, the Albury Botanic Gardens is a smoke-free venue. Those who partake in smoking can utilise the pass-out stamps/cards onsite.

Q: Can I purchase tickets on the day?

A: Yes, the main gate at the Wodonga Place Entry will offer cash and eftpos sales on the day.

Q: Is there an ATM onsite?

A: Yes, there will be two ATMs onsite. The next nearest ATM is located on Dean Street.

Q: Can I bring my own snacks and drinks?

A: Yes, pack yourself a picnic or utilise the onsite food vendors (view program for more details)

Q: Can I park onsite or near the gardens?

A: Parking is a little tight around the gardens, alternatively you can utilise the drop off zone (main Wodonga gate entry) and utilise the public car spaces such as Kiewa Street carpark, Albury Swim Centre Car Park. Street parking along Hovell Tree Park.

Q: I am travelling from out of town, where do I find the accommodation to suit my stay?

A: Visit Albury Wodonga will help you find appropriate accommodation.

Q: Does the Albury Botanic Gardens have provisions for accessibility of all patrons?

A: Yes, the many ramps located throughout the venue and flat ground provides a stable and accessible pathway for all attending.

Q: Will there be toilets onsite?

A: Toilets can be located onsite at the end of Elm Avenue and inside the existing public toilets facing towards Wodonga Place.
