Landscape Design Spaces Terms and Conditions

  1. Entry is free
  2. Only registered landscape designers and builders (domestic or commercial), landscape design or architecture students may apply
  3. Student entrants must be enrolled in a recognised course as at, 1 February 2022
  4. Exhibitor spaces are limited, applications are assessed and approved at the discretion of AlburyCity
  5. Plot sizes of up to 6m x 4m, with viewing from the front and the two sides are available
  6. Site locations will be randomly allocated
  7. Exhibitors are responsible for all budgeting requirements as part of your design, including materials, construction and site pack-up
  8. Exhibitors are encouraged to engage with local suppliers or outsource sponsorship opportunities to assist with designs
  9. Selected designs are to be built within the grounds of the Albury Botanic Gardens and it is vital that the construction of the design has no impact to the grounds
  10. The Botanic Gardens will be closed to the public from the 4 to the 8 October for event build.
  11. All staff and members of your construction team must be with a registered business, qualified and hold a current white card
  12. Exhibitors are responsible for the removal of all elements of their garden design and ensure the site back to its original condition by Tuesday 11 October 2022
  13. Albury Botanic Gardens staff will inspect each site at the conclusion of the event, you may be liable for fines if the site is left in poor condition
  14. Any construction elements must comply with standard building codes and practices
