Hussy Hicks: Music in the Gardens

Critically acclaimed Australian act, Hussy Hicks - led by soulful vocalist Leesa Gentz and guitar whiz Julz Parker have made a name for themselves both locally and on the international stage.

A band of accomplished and powerful women, Hussy Hicks run a gamut of musical genres incorporating blues, folk and riffy rock with gypsy, surf, alt country and soul, all cheekily woven together with beautiful vocal harmonies.

Their award winning album ‘On the Boundaries’ experiments with their sound and production to create something familiar yet fresh. Known for their emotive lyricism, energetic live shows and fiery, frenetic instrumentation, you won’t want to miss this all female, four-piece band, set to get the gardens jumping.

Bring your family and friends to this free open-air concert staged at the Albury Botanic Gardens. Food and drinks available for purchase or pack a picnic.
