Unearthed: What lay beneath QEII
When: Saturday 18 August - Wednesday 13 February 2019
Where: LibraryMuseum, Corner of Kiewa and Swift Streets, Albury
QEII Square has always been a busy part of Albury’s centre. Public buildings, businesses and offices have been built, used, demolished and replaced over and over again, and they always leave traces in the earth. This exhibition showcases some of the significant and interesting material from recent excavations in the QEII cultural precinct.
Join us for the exhibition launch and refreshments on Saturday 18 August at 2.00pm. RSVP 6023 8333.
Featuring special guest speaker, Sarah Myers, director of ArchLink, and lead cultural Heritage adviser for the MAMA archaeology excavation.
