Local chef Lisa Goddard will demonstrate how to make simple healthy wholefoods snacks and meals using everyday ingredients. Lisa has been creating recipes and catering for a monthly community dinner in Albury since 2015, where she shares cooking and health tips to help people feel their best.
Health My Way
Would you like to be more confident using your digital device or computer to understand and manage information about health?
Health My Way is a new program, aimed at providing information on the digital tools available to support health and wellbeing. Each month participants will be able to interact with trained digital health mentors in special technology skills sessions.
Be Connected is a free Australian Government initiative, supported by the Australian Digital Health Agency, initiated to increase the confidence, skills and online safety of older Australians when they use the internet and everyday technology. The Good Things Foundation believes that supporting people to learn essential digital health literacy skills is critical to ensuring every Australian has the ability to make informed, confident choices when it comes to supporting their health and wellbeing online.
