Albury Development Monitor

Our annual Development Monitor provides key statistics for:

• the production (new subdivision) and consumption (new development) of vacant residential, rural residential, commercial and industrial land;
• residential development, housing type and location;
• new commercial and retail floorspace;
• vacant residential land sales and median pricing; and
• construction statistics.

This information enables us to determine if sufficient vacant land is available to meet market demand and identify production and consumption trends impacting Albury. The Development Monitor also assists in making appropriate zoning and development decisions to ensure that there is a sufficient supply and choice of vacant land going forward.
