If you'd like to offer a cat or dog a loving home for the rest of its life, you may want to consider adopting.
Cats and dogs that have been picked up by our rangers are taken to the Albury Animal Care Centre. These animals are usually lost pets that we cannot trace back to their owners because they are not microchipped.
Some have been dumped and/or neglected. All are looking for permanent, loving new homes.

Pets available for adoption
From 1 July 2019, anyone advertising dogs or cats for sale (including for free) must include an identifying number in the advertisement. This rule applies to all types of advertising, such as newspapers, local posters, community noticeboards, and all online platforms, including websites and social media.
