Notification of proposed short term Licence over Community land at Ettamogah.
As part of the Inland Rail project, the Australian Rail Track Corporation are proposing to lower the existing rails under Billy Hughes Bridge on Wagga Road in Ettamogah. To enable this construction, Council is proposing to issue a short-term licence (12 Months) over the land shown shaded red on the sketch below. This will enable contractors to have sufficient space during the construction process. After construction the land will be re-established to its current state.
Submissions regarding these proposals will be received until close of business Friday, 14 April 2023 and should be addressed to:
