Notice is given pursuant to section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993 that Council intends to classify the following land as Operational.Certificates of Title AC12973-38, AC3691-204, 100/1000761, 101/1000761, 52/1061520 & 2/823347, being the property known as Maryvale Station, 20 Plantation Lane, Tabletop.
The land was purchased for the purpose of future water & wastewater infrastructure to meet the demands of the Thurgoona Wirlinga growth area.
Submissions regarding this proposal will be received until close of business Thursday, 24 July 2025 and should be addressed to info@alburycity.nsw.gov.au or PO Box 323, Albury, NSW, 2640. Once the submission period is completed, all submissions will be taken into consideration.
