Oddies Creek Play Space
The Oddies Creek Adventure Play Space is Albury’s premier children’s playground, attracting more than 100,000 visitors a year.
Located among mature gum trees, the Mary Jeavons designed 2,000 square metre fully fenced play space caters for children of all ages and abilities.
The five metre high main timber structure has wheelchair accessible ramps with a wide range of activities that leads to a high point with views of the surrounding parkland.
The 30 metre long flying fox is a popular activity as well as the giant multidirectional bird nest swing, supa nova, a complex climbing net and a number of swings. The smaller timber structure caters for younger children and includes slides, climbers, rockers and a sand area.
There is plenty of seating located throughout the site to allow parents and carers to actively supervise their children and share their experiences. Public facilities include a shelter with barbecues, picnic tables and grass areas within the fenced area.
There are barbecues inside and outside the fenced area and public toilets close by. The play space is very popular for birthday parties and family activities and due to this popularity the area is not booked for private events, only community activities.
A small number of car spaces are available adjacent to the play space however there is plenty of parking adjacent to Noreuil Park Oval or Noreuil Park Foreshore.
