JC King Park Sports Pavilion Project
The construction of the new sports pavilion is a partnership between AlburyCity and the Albury Netball Association. The project involves the demolition of the existing substandard buildings (clubroom and public toilets) and the construction of new multi purpose sports pavilion and associated public amenities.
Connelly Construction Services have been awarded the construction contract and works commenced in September 2018.

Works recommenced on the sports pavilion at JC King park. Steelworks starts on the main sports pavilion while minor works has occurred on the amenities area

The concrete wall panels were erected this week on the main sports pavilion and the concrete floor poured. The contractor will now break for Christmas.

The concrete slab in the changeroom section of the building has been poured while the concrete floor slab in the sports pavilion section is being prepared.

Brickwork is complete around the main building while the concrete slab preparation works continues on the changeroom building

Foundations are almost complete. Bricks are placed throughout the site and ready to be laid

Works continues on the foundations and plumbing work of the new sports pavilion.

Demolition is complete and pier foundation and plumbing works well underway.

Demolition well underway with only the footings and existing power still to be demolished form the old clubroom. The old toilet block is partly demolished
