The Planning Proposal seeks to rezone the Albury Showground from R1 General Residential to RE2 Private Recreation and remove Minimum Lot Size provisions. The Planning Proposal seeks to facilitate outcomes and long term objectives of the site as considered in the Albury Showground Master Plan 2018.
