Floral Displays Terms and Conditions

  1. Entry is free
  2. Only registered and qualified florists / business may apply
  3. Exhibitor spaces are limited, applications are assessed and approved at the discretion of AlburyCity
  4. Exhibitors are responsible for all budgeting requirements as part of your design, including materials, construction, and site pack-up
  5. Site locations will be randomly allocated depending on requirements
  6. Arrangements must be available for display across the two-day festival
  7. Entrants must be available to setup their own displays, on Saturday 9 October, between 7am and 10am
  8. Entrants must dismantle and remove their pieces no later than Monday 11 October by 5pm or risk having their work disposed of
  9. Entrants are responsible to maintain & refresh their own pieces throughout the festival
  10. Appropriate signage is permitted to be displayed at your works
  11. Any construction elements must comply with standard building codes and practices
  12. Albury Botanic Gardens staff will inspect each site at the conclusion of the event, you may be liable for fines if the site is left in poor condition
