Our response to COVID-19

The safety of our community, customers and our people is our top priority.

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) is having a significant impact on the lives of all Australians. We recognise the fundamental importance of the services we provide, and are doing everything we can to continue delivering our core services, without interruption, to our community during this time.

Our people are monitoring advice on all public health matters from the state and federal health departments daily and assessing any potential impact on our city services and events.

We understand our community's concern given the potential seriousness of the situation, and ask you to be fully informed and listen to evidence-based, real-time advice of health professionals and government officials.

Message from the Mayor

Customer Service

Kiewa Street Customer Service Centre is open from Monday 18 May.

Like other businesses, we're asking our team members to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. When you are in one of our customer service centres, please try to keep social distancing wherever possible and if you are feeling unwell, don't visit our centres or facilities.

AlburyCity are now accepting online lodgement of Development Applications and Complying Development Certificates through the NSW Planning Portal.

Keeping waste and recycling facilities open to the public

It is important that the waste and recycling industry and councils continue to provide critical waste services to the public. This includes keeping waste and recycling centres open so that people can easily dispose of their waste.

People may leave their home to visit a waste facility to meet their household needs to dispose of waste.
