The team at Albury Family Day Care comprises qualified and experienced early childhood professionals. They are passionate and are committed to providing support and care to educators, families and children.
Our Service Coordinator
Meet Sally Pocock, our Acting Service Co-ordinator. Sally has been with Albury Family Day Care since 2009 and has been in the early childhood sector for over 20 years. Sally is responsible for the overall management of the service including overseeing the budget, licensing requirements, national quality standards, staff management and overall support to Educators, families and children. This ensures that children receive quality Education and Care.
Our Child Development Coordinators
We have three Child Development Coordinators (CDC's), at Albury Family Day Care. Each CDC is responsible for a cohort of Educators. They provide support and training and are the first port of call for Educator enquiries. Each CDC spends a morning per week delivering play-session to our Educators and the children in their care. Our CDC's are all qualified with each staff member having a minimum Diploma in Children's Services.
Meet Fiona Pearce. Fiona has been with Albury Family Day Care since 2010 and has been in the early childhood sector for over 20 years. She has a Diploma in Children's Services and works part-time Monday to Thursday. She finds her work at Albury Family Day care very rewarding and enjoys working with Educators who are passionate and committed to providing quality Education and Care for children and families.
Meet Michelle (Shelby) Robb. Shelby has started with Albury Family Day Care in June 2018 and has been in the early childhood sector for over 15 years. She has a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood; Birth to 12 Years) and works part time on Wednesday to Friday. Shelby has built on her passion for children's education by further study in Children's Literature. She brings her extensive experience and knowledge of the early education field to her position as a CDC.
