Information for Patrons
Box Office
The Box Office is open from 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.

The box office also opens 45 minutes prior to each performance for ticket collections and purchases in the theatre foyer.
Tickets
When you receive your tickets please check them carefully to ensure that they are for the correct performance and date. Albury Entertainment Centre works within the Live Performance Australia Code of Practice for Ticketing of Live Entertainment.
Priority Booking
If you purchase a Theatre Season Subscription, you will be allocated the best available seats. In order to secure your preferred seating we recommend that you purchase your subscription without delay.
Subscriber Friends
If, when purchasing your subscription tickets you would like to bring a friend, you must book their tickets at the same time. This is the only way to ensure you will be seated together.
Companion Cards
For use of Companion Cards, please refer to the Companion Card Terms and Conditions.
Admittance and Latecomers
Auditorium doors open 30 minutes prior to the performance. Late arrival has a detrimental effect upon the performers and those patrons who have arrived early. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
For the Comfort of All
We request that all mobile phones, pagers and alarms be turned off before entering the theatre. Cameras or any form of electronic recording device are not permitted during any performance.
Smoking Policy
The Albury Entertainment Centre is a smoke free venue.
Kiosk and Bar Facilities
Snacks and drinks can be purchased from the kiosk and bar located on the ground floor. Alcohol is not permitted in the Auditorium.
Car Parking
A multi storey car park is located on the corner of Wilson and Olive Streets. Access to the theatre can be gained from Hub Arcade located in Swift Street.

Most of our activity will be during business hours but you may get the occasional post if we're here late.
Who's behind the posts?
Staff will put their initials at the end of each post so you know who you're talking to, for example 'sls' is the lovely Samantha Schleibs from the Box Office.
