Committees
You can't eat a watermelon in a single bite. Similarly, it would be virtually impossible for one group of people to digest every detail of AlburyCity's entire operation. The scope of the organisation is simply too large and too wide-reaching.
Fortunately, our elected Councillors bring to their roles a vast range of experience in business, community service, education, sports administration, and more. This allows AlburyCity to form individual Committees to specialise in particular areas of Council operations.
Four separate, specialist Committees are currently operating:
- Finance & Administration Committee
- Community & Cultural Committee
- Engineering & Works Committee
- Planning & Development Committee
