Alice Glachan elected Mayor

Councillor Alice Glachan has been elected Mayor of AlburyCity for the next 12 months.

Cr Glachan defeated outgoing Mayor Patricia Gould and Cr Henk van de Ven in a three way contest for the top job.

Cr. van de Ven was elected Deputy Mayor, defeating Councillor Paul Wareham.

Cr Glachan has served on Council since 2004 and has been Deputy Mayor for the past 12 months.
