The LibraryMuseum, Lavington Library and the Art Gallery are committed to strengthening the relationship with teachers and students of the region through a variety of programs and events.
Education Services
- Crossing Place - a story of Albury is an engrossing exhibition on permanent display at the LibraryMuseum.
Primary School - Teacher resources (819KB) - Introductory classes in internet and email: Come and have a free lesson on either 'An introduction to the Internet' or 'Using e-mail' at Lavington Library or the LibraryMuseum. Use of the Internet is free at the LibraryMuseum and we can help you learn to use this intriguing technology.
- Guided tours of our buildings and touring and permanent exhibitions that present rich learning opportunities for preschoolers, primary, secondary and tertiary students, as well as adult visitors.
- School services; training for information/research skills, curriculum-linked education programs, teacher professional development
