Young man swimming in poolSwim Centres

Albury Swim Centre will be closed until Monday 28 September due to recent storms.

Albury's two outdoor swim centres are the perfect place to escape the summer heat. Both centres have plenty of shade and grass as well as picnic and bbq facilities, making it the ideal venue for a family day out.

See the entry fees and season ticket prices here.

If you forget the picnic basket, the kiosks have a great reputation for food and good coffee.

The centres host local, state and national swim competitions, and Albury is renowned for producing champion swimmers, the likes of which include Patrick Murphy, Clementine Stoney and Jacinta Van Lint.

If you're just starting out swimming, there's Learn to Swim classes over the summer months.

Or if you're just after a fun time,  shoot down the Albury swim slide or jump on the giant inflatable toy at the Lavington Swim Centre.
