Now it's your turn

Aquatics expert Michael King, of SGL Consulting, urges the community to have a say before 5pm Tuesday on the seven options before Council for aquatic facilities for Albury's future.

The seven options, presented by consultants SGL, include keeping the existing Albury and Lavington Swim Centres and/or developing an indoor regional aquatic leisure centre at either the Lauren Jackson Sports Centre or the Lavington Swim Centre.

Each option has been developed based on detailed business and financial modelling, including capital investment and ongoing operational costs over a 10-year period.

The costs range from $20M to retain the existing swim facilities to $36M for a regional aquatic leisure centre with a 51.5M indoor pool.

Hear what Mr King has to say and then, please, take the time to read the options and have a say.
