Introducing QFlow, a new innovation in customer service

AlburyCity's Customer Service Centre has introduced a new queue management system - QFlow.

QFlow is a self-service kiosk that allows the customer to select the reason for their visit to Council and then sit and relax without the need to stand in a queue.

It aims to optimise customer flow, improve processes and give real time management reporting which will in turn provide cost effective service delivery and improved environment within the Customer Service Centre.

It will also provide a better understanding of why our customers have come to AlburyCity and how long their interaction with us was.
