Water supply and management 

AlburyCity supplies water to more than 24,000 customers and prides itself on delivering clean, safe drinking water which is fully compliant and in accordance with the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines and NSW Health requirements.

Our customers are categorised as either residential or non-residential and each pays according to their category.

    Residential customers

    We supply water to 22,500 residential customers at the cheapest rate possible. We pride ourselves on the quality of drinking water delivered to all households.

    AlburyCity has two water supply systems; reticulated potable (treated) water and raw (untreated) water.
