Educators are required to document observations of the children they have in care and develop a program based around the children's needs and interests.
Daily routines are displayed at each educators home and our Child Development Coordinators discuss the program with educator during regular home visits.
During the interview process, educators will discuss with you the preferred way to communicate with you throughout your child's day. This may include emails, text or communication journals. Documentation about your child's development and progress will be available to you at your educator's home.
Parents are encouraged to view the happenings of the day so you can discuss them with your educator and your child. If you have a concern about your child's development you can speak to your educator or the Child Development Coordinator who supports your educator.
